Eligibility for Returns:
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Any product showing signs of installation, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@proluxdoors.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, standard return conditions apply.
